The Visa Office is a private firm of Immigration Advisers, who can assist you in your UK Immigration enquiries and applications to the Home Office. We provide a full application and representation service, document and application checks, and consultations.
Consultations - Face to Face
We advise all prospective clients to seek Immigration advice from a recognised OISC Adviser whether you want to use our services or not, get good advice. We can hold consultations at our offices is Shaftesbury Avenue, London to book an appointment please contact us on 01825 767 288. Our fee for a 1 hour consultation is £150 inclusive VAT, with this you will get advice and guidance on the best route to take in order to make the decisions relating to your immigration issue.
Telephone Consultations
Telephone consultations are available to people who live outside the catchment area in the UK and for people who live abroad and require advice relating to UK Immigration. Please call 01825 767 288 to book an appointment.
If you wish to engage our services for the full application and representation service, the consultation fee will be credited to your account.

Consultations are available to people who wish to have a virtual consultation and require advice relating to UK Immigration. Please note this service will open shortly.

Application and document checking service
We also provide an application and document checking service for a fee of £150 per application per hour. This service is for applicants who want peace of mind by having their application and documents checked by a recognised adviser before they submit their application in person to the Home Office. To book an appointment please call us directly on 0207 8368505 or 01825 767 288. We also provide this service via the postal route for people who live outside the catchment area. When sending documents please use the recorded delivery or special delivery service provided by Royal Mail.
