Tier 5 - Youth Mobility Scheme (Working Holiday Maker)

The Youth Mobility Scheme (YMS) has now replaced Working Holiday Maker (WHM) and is open to young people who are nationals of participating countries, who would like to experience life in the UK.
The countries who are participating in this scheme at present are:
- Japan
- Australia
- New Zealand
- Canada
These countries have an allocated quota of applications please contact us to see whether your home country has filled that quota for the year. New applications may be considered in January of the following year.
The visa is issued for 2 years and allows you to live and work in the UK on a temporary basis. You are only permitted to work for 1 year of the allocated time this includes weekends, holidays, bank holidays and sick days.
