The Highly Skilled Worker category is designed to allow highly skilled people to come to the United Kingdom to look for work or self-employment opportunities. If you have held a Post Study Work Visa you may switch into this category.
The HSW visa is in the highest echelon of work visas therefore you are not required to provide a sponsor or have a job offer. In order to apply for HSW you need to fulfil the minimum point’s requirement.
