James Kennedy

Senior Immigration Adviser & Managing Director

Our team of UK Immigration ConsultantsJames has been practising Immigration Law since 1999 when he retired as the CEO of a successful manufacturing company. James has a wealth of knowledge and first-hand experience within the immigration sector and has driven the growth of the Visa Office through many changes to UK immigration policies. He now consults on the management of Corporate and Private accounts as well as mentoring and supervising our evolving team of UK Immigration Consultants. He has a life-long passion for British business, entrepreneurs and industrialists who create prosperity and jobs. In short, he continues to impart knowledge and experience whilst providing the checks and balances that allow our UK Immigration Consultants to deliver a consistent and first class service to all our clients.


Patricia Kennedy

Having been involved with the Visa Office as a level 1 Immigration adviser since 1999, Patricia has since retired from the day to day operations of the company. Patricia retains her involvement at board level and offers an encyclopaedic knowledge and point of reference to all our staff.

 


Louisa Kennedy

After graduating with a Bachelor Honours Degree, Louisa began her professional career working for an international Airline before returning to the UK to work as the leading UK Immigration Consultant for a global graduate exchange organisation. In 2007, Louisa moved into the family business  bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge.  She now plays a pivotal role in the management of the company.


David Faulkner-Bryant

David studied at the University of Edinburgh and Iowa State University working on international humanitarian projects before commissioning into the British Army where he became a cultural adviser for Afghanistan. Since leaving the British Army, David has worked with foreign and domestic defence contractors before joining the Visa Office in early 2015 as a Consultant, working under James he now manages the Corporate department of the firm.


Peter Shannon

Private Casework Assistant

After graduating from University of Kent in 1998 Peter became an English Language Teacher and lived and worked in such countries as Indonesia, Ghana and Eritrea.  Peter then undertook a Masters in Human Rights, where his thesis was based on the Asylum System, with periods volunteering for Refugee Action and Immigration Advisory service before spending the next 5 years in the  Oman.  Here he taught students of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra before joining us at The Visa Office, where experience of applying for visas on his extensive travels has set him in good stead when it comes to guiding our multinational clientele.

The Visa Office, is regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) Authorisation number: F200400098. The Office of the OISC is an independent UK public body established under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999, currently led by the deputy Immigration Services Commissioner Dr Ian Leigh. The OISC is responsible for ensuring that all UK immigration consultants  and advisers fulfil the requirements of good practice and are committed to the elimination of unscrupulous advisers and the fair and thorough investigation of complaints.
