About Us

The Visa Office is based in central London. We are a private practice of immigration advisers, authorised by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner to provide immigration advice and representation services and are accessible for consultation by email by telephone during normal office hours or by private appointment, to discuss immigration and nationality matters.

The Visa Office specialises in UK immigration and entry clearance services, and we are authorised and regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC), Registered number F200400098. We are members of the the Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants (JCWI) and Immigration of the Law Practitioners Association (ILPA).

Please use the correct postal address if sending documents make sure to send them by a reliable courier service where the documents can be tracked if sent from outside the UK. If posting from inside the UK please use the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery Services.

Furthermore we can provide telephone advice and operate in some cases a "No Visa-No Fee" policy, thereby providing you with the reassurance that we will not waste your time upon cases which we consider may be unsuccessful. (NB: No Visa - No Fee policy is pertinent to those UK visa and work permit applications lodged in the UK only.)
